• Technical Lighting Support

All services are subject to availability and may require advance booking.

3. Booking & Payments

• A deposit is required to confirm your booking.
• Full payment must be made prior to the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Al Mohsin Lighting reserves the right to cancel any service if payment terms are not met.
• All prices are subject to change depending on customization, location, and third-party vendor fees.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding non-refundable deposits).
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event may not be eligible for any refund.
• Al Mohsin Lighting reserves the right to deduct costs incurred for planning, logistics, and third-party services.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate event details, necessary approvals, and timely decisions. Any delays or changes must be communicated in writing.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Al Mohsin Lighting is not responsible for:

• Injury, loss, or damage at the event unless caused by proven negligence.
• Delays or disruptions caused by weather, government restrictions, natural events, or vendor issues beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — logos, photos, text, and design elements — is the property of Al Mohsin Lighting and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Changes to Terms

Al Mohsin Lighting may update these Terms at any time. Changes will appear on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
